Christa has over 30 years of technology industry leadership, carrier networking, and executive management experience. Christa has served as a moderator for International Women’s Day panel, Presenter at the National Telecom Conference, and was interviewed for Women in Business in the Berkshires. Christa is also a recent winner of Berkshire 25 for 2019! Prior to starting her own company, Christa was Executive Vice President of CornerStone Telephone Company where she was responsible for business development, revenue assurance, and using technology solutions to solve business problems for enterprise customers.
Shayne brings nearly two decades of information technology and data security experience with primary focus in the Financial and Healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Independent Connections, Shayne was a Principal Consultant at TUV Rheinland OpenSky of North America where he landed after selling a technology management services firm that he co-founded in New York City.

As the Vice President of Compliance and Communications, Mare Levine is always looking to the future while making sure we are conducting our business responsibly. Never satisfied until our clients are delighted with what we’ve delivered, she seeks to create a shared vision that helps businesses move toward their goals, while keeping our mission and standards at the forefront. During her decades of experience, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with such innovative companies as Intel, WebMD, Bank of America, Kimberly Clark, and Pfizer. In 2017, Mare moved 2,400 miles across country to join us and become an integral part of our dedicated team of professionals. A Registered Nurse with a BS in Business Management, Mare is working on her MS in Information Technology Management.
VP of HR, Sales & Marketing
Marci Proper is the Vice President of Human Resources and Sales and Marketing for IndyConn. Since joining us, she has demonstrated her versatility by wearing a lot of hats. As we’ve grown, Marci has taken on a prominent role in guiding and developing our sales and marketing strategy, launching the company’s website, creating successful social media campaigns, and markedly increasing digital sales. On the human resources side, Marci deftly manages dozens of employees while using her passion for recruiting to connect us with talented technology industry professionals. She also has many years of IT Project Management experience. Bringing drive, enthusiasm, and a high level of commitment, she can always be counted on to deliver excellence. Marci holds a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an additional concentration in Finance.
As the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Dylan Proper brings a modern vision to IndyConn’s financial landscape, while remaining grounded in the traditional best practices. His innovative and progressive dynamic creates a vision not just for our future, but for our clients as well. Dylan knows our clients want to receive great value from their projects with us—without breaking the bank—because that is what he expects from our vendors. With this being his second CFO role in a successful start-up, Dylan brings the experience and acumen that meshes seamlessly with the IndyConn team and helps propel it to the next level. He is always ready to roll up his sleeves and share his talent in technology and telecom to help on projects. Dylan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Management.
